DUAL OPERATION MODE:

USER CUSTOMIZABLE CYCLE:

The machine having user variable cycle will allow user to customize the temperature settings, pressure settings and vacuum pulse settings.

PASSWORD PROTECTION:

1.The sterilizer settings will be password protected.

2.The date and time setting will password protected, and User will be able to update date and time settings on the screen for better record keeping.

AUTOMATIC DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEMS:

The Machine will be equipped with following automatic detection systems:

1.Door lock detection system, in case, if the doors are not closed properly the user will be notified.

2.Temperature detection system and the user will be notified in case the machine fails to reach the set temperature or if the temperature overshoots.

3.Automatic Pressure Detection and Maintenance: Chamber and Jacket pressure is maintained automatically and in case the pressure fails to reach the set value of if it drops the user is visually notified.

4.Water Detection System- The user will be notified in case the water level is not optimum for regular machine operation

5.Automatic Electricity Economizer: Once the temperature is reached or water level is not at optimum level the sterilizer will automatically cut off the heater system to save electricity and maintain temperature.

6.Vacuum Lock Detection System this system detects the time and total vacuum generated chamber if in case it detects any issue the user is visually notified. The equipment is also capable of detecting steam and air leakage

7.Power Cut Cycle retention and management system- the machine is equipped to deal with any power outages and based on the duration of the power outage the user will be notified

AIR FILTER: The machine is equipped with air filter which removes 99.95% of the particulate matter of size 0.3 m so the drying does not compromise the sterility of the sterilized load.

STEAM TRAP: The machine is equipped with Steam trap connected with Chamber drain line.

DIGITAL GRAPHICAL DISPLAY:

Digital Graphical Display with historical cycle data is provided for temperature and pressure graphs.

AUTOMATIC WATER FEEDING:

The Sterilizer has automatic water feeding system. This allows autoclave to run without any interruption.

STERI AQUA SAVE TECHNOLOGY:

The Sterilizer has Steri Aqua save technology for Water Saving.

RO SYSTEM:

RO system is provided for the water supply to the boiler.

PRINTING:

The user will be able to connect printer to record the progress of the sterilization cycle along with following data points in real time:

1.Date and time of the cycle

2.Status of the cycle

3.Temperature at drain, chamber pressure at every event change and during sterile hold it can be printed at desired interval, minimum of 1 minute

4.All undesired situation (faults) can be printed at the time of fault generation

5.Data storage function also available in this PLC.

EUROPIAN STYLE PANELLING:

The sterilizer has fully covered design including front, back and both the sides.

DOOR FEATURE:

1.The Sterilizer has SS 304 Single automatic Vertical Sliding Door locking system.

2.Door frame is strong & robust enough to ensure smooth door movement & consistency in alignment.

3.Door movement is smooth to ensure proper door alignment over a long period of time.

DOOR OPENING SAFETY:

1.Door has interlocking system i.e., both door not to be opened at the same time.

2.Door will be open only at the end of cycle and only when chamber is at room pressure and desired chamber temperature is reached.

3.Door has single safety lock, at least one electronic locking mechanism.

4.The machine is equipped with Door lock detection system, in case; if the door is not closed properly the user must be notified.

INSULATION: All the external surfaces are insulated (except where insulation would interfere with the function and operation of the sterilizer), to minimize the heat transmission to the environment.

ANALOG GAUGES:

1.The Sterilizer is fitted with analog compound gauge to measure the pressure and vacuum of chamber.

2.The Sterilizer is fitted with analog pressure gauge to measure the jacket & boiler pressure.

3.The Sterilizer is fitted with analog Air pressure gauge to indicate the Air pressure.

DIGITAL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR:

The Sterilizer is fitted with digital temperature indicator to indicate the chamber temperature.

DUAL VACUUM SYSTEM:

1.Machine has Water ring type Vacuum Pump with SS 304 Condenser. For component and drying cycle. A vacuum pump is water ring vacuum pump which requires seal water.

2.Machine is equipped with cutting edge venturi system for creating vacuum in manual mode.

OTHER IMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURES:

1.Machine has provided with overload safety relay.

2.Equipment settings will not get disturbed due to power failure and will not restart without human intervention.

3.Equipment indicate fault through audio / visual signal with details on Control panel/PLC (Failure mode detection).

4.An Easily Accessible emergency stop is provided on main control panel door.

5.The sterilizer is hydraulically tested at 2.5 times the working pressure.

6.The Sterilizer is fitted with vacuum breaker system to prevent collapsing of Jacket due to vacuum formed by condensation of steam.

7.The sterilizer has three pop up type safety valve for added safety related with Chamber, Jacket & Boiler.
