Triple Walled Vertical Autoclave for more insulation.
The Sterilizer Inner Chamber and outer chamber is SS304/316.
Sterilizer Steam Jacket, Outer covering is SS304/316.
Sterilizer Lid is made of thick Stainless Steel 304/ss316.
Sterilizer Complete piping is in SS304.
Autoclave insulated by Mineral Glass Wool
The Sterilizer Complete Argon Arc Welding.
An Easily Accessible emergency stop is provided on main control panel door.
The Sterilizer is fitted with vacuum breaker system to prevent collapsing of Jacket due to vacuum formed by condensation of steam.
Prevents hazardous leakage of hot steam and boiled water due to breakage of glass tube..
Complete sterilizer including chamber, jacket, and piping are hydraulically tested at 2 times the working pressure.
