Triple walled vertical autoclave for more insulation.

The sterilizer inner chamber and outer chamber is ss304/316.

Sterilizer steam jacket, outer covering is ss304/316.

Sterilizer lid is made of thick stainless steel 304/ss316

Sterilizer complete piping is in ss304

Autoclave insulated by mineral glass wool

The sterilizer complete argon arc welding

The sterilizer have fitted with digital temperature controller

Sterilizer have digital temperature display and  digital timer

The sterilizer Fitted with RENU Integrated PLC with 4.2 Colored Touch Screen Display for fully automatic control with electric solenoid valves

The sterilizer having 3 preset cycles including 121C Cycle- 134C Cycle and Customer Variable Cycle

Safety Features :

Prevent hazardous leakage of hot steam and boiled water due to breakage of glass tube

Complete sterilizer including chamber, jacket, and piping are hydraulically tested at 2 times the working pressure 

The sterilizer is fitted with vacuum breaker system to prevent collapsing of jacket due to vacuum formed by condensation of steam 

The sterilizer is fitted with spring loaded dual safety valves

The sterilizer is completely insulated to prevent any burns caused due to accidental contact to sterilizer body.
